Well, it's been an interesting couple of weeks, but my red beauty is
almost home. The MSO arrived at the dealership today, finally!
(BTW, now I can recommend without hesitation if you are in the NE NJ

I've been doing a lot of reading online, the international scooter bb
for starters. There are 2 threads of interest to me, one about an
ET4 that had a fire and the owner was told it would be 2-3 months for
a replacement wiring harness for gas scooter part and another about a GT200 needing some
body parts and apparently that owner is also getting the Piaggio run
around.
At some point, we will probably all have similar needs and will be
expecting good CS. Many issues seem to be beyond the control of the
dealerships that sell gas scooter part
I'd only like to see Piaggio succeed in the American market, and from
my own experience, and reading quite a few others, they seem to need
some attention in the CS department.
Would it be possible for this group to pool our experiences and come
up with a way to contact and deal with Piaggio in a more effective
way?
Perhaps as a "group" at present 60 members strong, we can somehow be
able to sidestep the bad experiences in the future.
