Please keep in mind that it is our goal to ship your order within
48 hours of when the order is placed if we receive your order before 11:00 AM pacific. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery.
Items generally arrive within 2 weeks. Please note some items including Special
Order items or items on Back-Order may take 6 weeks to arrive at your door. You
will be contacted if we expect your order to take longer than 2 weeks. No P.O. Box shipments. Idaho State Residents Subject to 6.0% Sales Tax.
International Shipping Information
Gas Scooters 4 U ships to the continental United States only. We are not accepting
international shipments at this time.
General Shipping information
For Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico please
email us for shipping prices.
Free Shipping pertains to the continental US only. Free Shipping does not pertain
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Smaller Items (under 150 lbs.)
Smaller items up to *150 lbs. will ship via "UPS". *Some items that are below 150
lbs. may have to be shipped by via Freight because of there size. *Some items shipped
by "UPS" may have an oversize fee, this will cause shipping price to increase. Standard
shipping is via UPS Ground, UPS does not count the day it ships or Saturday or Sunday.
So if your order ships on a Friday you should receive it the following Tuesday.

Larger Items (over 150 lbs.)
Items over 150 lbs will ship via "Freight Truck". When "Freight Truck" is selected
we will arrange delivery with one of several freight companies that we deal with
on a daily basis. The freight company must be able to access your area with a large
truck (sometimes an 18-wheeler). The trucking company will call you before attempting
to deliver the item. Make sure someone will be present to receive the items and
that you give us a valid day time phone number for them to contact you. Also be
sure to fully inspect the shipment when it arrives, notify the driver of any damage
or missing pieces.
Stock Status
Items that are available for immediate delivery will "Usually ship within 48 hours".
These items are usually shipped the same day the order is placed if we receive the
order by 11:00am pacific. If the order is received after 1:00pm pacific, your order
will usually be shipped the following business day. Remember that Saturday and Sunday
are not considered business days and no packages will be shipped on these days.
There may be an occasion when we are temporarily out of stock on a particular item.
Items that are not available for immediate delivery we will try to state that they
are "temporarily out of stock". We may be expecting a normal shipment from the manufacturer
or the item may be on back-order from the manufacturer. Usually we are restocked
in a matter of days but on occasion an item can take weeks to be restocked. You
can always email us to find the current status of any
item.
Special Orders
If an item states it is "Special-Order", the item is not in stock for immediate
delivery, but it will be placed on our daily order from that particular manufacturer.
In most situations this adds one week to the normal delivery time. If you have any

The manufacturer will exchange or replace any defective merchandise
(other than specified as exceptions under our return policy). You will be responsible
for the shipping cost to return the unit to the manufacturer or to Gas Scooters 4 U.
If an item is damaged in transit to you we will contact the carrier of the parcel
and replacement parts will be issued once Shipping Company has paid the damage claim.
Again be sure to fully inspect the shipment when it arrives, notify the driver of
any damage or missing pieces and mark the invoice or inspection form accordingly.
Be sure to have the driver sign this form along with your signature. Contact Gas Scooters 4 U and send a copy showing damages and pictures if possible. You are responsible
for shipping both to and from your location (Items that offer free or inclusive
Shipping are subject to shipping charges). All returns must be called in or
emailed in advance. Replacement parts will be issued
for damaged items or manufacturer defects that fall under the 7 day time frame.
Return Authorization is required before any replacement claim will be accepted.
Simply send email to sales@gasscooters4u.com explaining
the reason for the return and you will receive approval via return e-mail.
Balefully broken or damaged by improper utilization product
parts cannot be replaced. Used product parts cannot be shipped back to our service
center. Gas powered vehicles that have been ridden in any way or gas powered scooter
parts that have contained gasoline cannot be shipped. Gasoline is a hazardous, flammable
material and anyone who sends it via the mail may be subject to fines and/or imprisonment.
You must insure items that are insured by us. No returns will
be accepted without prior authorization from Gas Scooters 4 U. This return authorization
must be given within 7 days of receipt of your shipment. We do not accept Unauthorized
Packages for any reason. Any packages received without a detailed description will
be placed on hold until we are contacted by the buyer.

Your satisfaction is very important to us! We have provided dimensions, specifications
and photos on all vehicles and other items to better help you with your purchasing
decision. Please note: due to manufacturer version updates, pictures may vary
from the actual item. Newer versions of this item may be shipped before the picture
shown is updated. We also have instructions for receiving and assembly of your
products to assist you as well as recommendations for proper and safe assembly.
